About Champion Properties of FL, LLC

Dave Durell, Managing Member of Champion Properties of FL, LLC, started the company in 2003. Prior to getting into real estate, Dave had a long career in the Healthcare and Fitness field, working as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Personal Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Assistant for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers under Head Coach Tony Dungy.

Dave and his wife Patty met in Physical Therapy school in 1992, and they moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1995. After surviving cancer in 2003, Dave decided to pursue his long-time interest in real estate investing and turn it into a reality.

Dave has a Masters Degree in Administration, and is also a licensed Realtor. His passion is providing opportunity and peace of mind by creating Win-Win real estate transactions with the home sellers he works with.
